So, let's go back a few days shall we.
Friday April 9th. Bathtub in Master bath won't completely shut off hot water streams out slowly.
Thursday April 15 Maitance finally come to fix it, now no water comes out but I have no warm much less hot water in that tub, I was going to call next week.
Saturday April 17 Since Thursday morning I hadn't showered but the kids had taken several baths in that tub. 9:45pm I turn on the shower which is still not really warm then walk in the hallway to get a town and think to myself that the water sounded really loud in the hallway almost like it was coming out. I walked down the stairs to see if the sound got louder or quieter and guess what. IT GOT LOUDER. It was pouring out of the air vent and the ceiling on top of my entertainment center, t.v., and wii to make it worse. I immediately run up stairs and call mataince who calls right back and says he will come over and help me move my t.v cause I can't alone and clean it up. Well 45 minutes later he shows up thank you wonderful gate guard who won't let people on base even though this guy has worked for housing since I freaking moved here. We move the t.v clean up all the water and he takes a screwdriver and pokes a hole in the ceiling and 5 inches of water fill this bucket. Then we notice that the stair Wall has a huge bubble in the wall, so he pokes that and several more pour out into the bucket. He leaves me with buckets everywhere and towels to soak it up until Monday. I am not allowed to shower or use the water in either bathroom upstairs. WONDERFUL sine I was stinky and my hair was getting that nasty feeling you get when you go more then 2 days and don't was it in the Georgia humidity. YEAH ME!! So I shower Sunday at a awesome friends house so now I at least don't smell.
Monday April 19. Matiance shows up at 8:30 and finally leaves at a bout 2:30 pm the pipe is supposedly fixed and the wall now has a patch on it the carpet is still a bit soggy (hope I can get out of cleaning it since they have to replace it). I go up to shower tonight since he said the pipe is fine and still don't have warm or hot water in the tub, I do in the other upstairs bathroom and all the other places in the house. Not only am I without warm water but somehow the water is now coming out of the shower sprayer and the tub spout at the same time no matter if the lever to change the water flow direction is up or pushed down. What the heck, and get this the other bathroom that was supposed to not have problems is now continually leaking warmish water out of it. SERIOUSLY!! I move in 4 freaking days!!
F.Y.I. we have lived in this house for over 2 years and have called maitance several times to tell them that the water would sometimes drip slowly from the ceiling and they have only come out to scrape the popcorn ceiling and then spray paint the brown leak spot, there are still several leak spots not painted and they have never repopcorned the ceiling.
I know this is one of those things I will look back and laugh about but, I guess I am not far enough out from the problem to find it funny yet. I consider this a sign from God that I am supposed to get the heck out of this house before I drown in water in my sleep! :) j/k well kinda I really think I need to hurry up and get out but I don't think I will drown!
